| Well, it is a sad day for us as the city clerk here in town has denied us our right to freedom of speech and claimed we need a business license to do our free tours here in Tombstone. We always did our tours free, and funding a license out of my pocket is a bit much to deal with when we only do this as a hobby and for no financial gain. They have also decided to make us close our CafePess account down claiming it is also our business when they sell things. We will abide for the simple fact that we do not have the money to support a lawyer. We always supported other companies and try to support our town the best we could. We however, are a small group with a hobby. The claim that our website looks like a business, is pushing it a bit far, so we plan to leave that up. We are very sorry for the inconvenient action for this and hope you might understand our disposition. We will always do our best to serve our community better. As he said, "He is watching us" and we never wanted to cause or create a problem. Only help, offer free services and educate the paranormal. I guess freedom really isn't free Thank you Josh |
