Camping Ghost?

This picture was given to me by a local in town that had gone camping with her friends, that wanted us to look over the pic and let her know what we thought. Well, we looked at the photo closely and decided that it is most likely a normal picture, that is, when you take a picture while moving the camera at the same time, this could happen. As you can see on the close-up on the right, it looks to be the same shirt and hat on the "ghost" as the cowboy. This same type of imaging appears on the left side of other people and objects as well. Due to our findings, we'd have to say it's a simple camera error. Could we be wrong.... What do you think? Josh,
